Christian did a great with our bathroom remodel which consisted of replacing a cracked acrylic tub with an enamel coated steel tub along with an acrylic surround. The tub and surround installation is solid and looks great. There were/are no issues with the plumbing and the drywall, trim, and painting work were professionally completed. Christian does excellent work for very reasonable prices. His specialty is carpentry, and as part of our laundry room renovation he built three beautiful custom doors and a custom cabinet that bring compliments from everyone who sees them. Christian also designed a clever box with access hatch to enclose unsightly utility pipes. He did the plumbing, electrical, painting, and new flooring needed to complete our project. Mr. Perez was wonderful to work with. Our ten year old deck and screened porch needed repairs, and it was very difficult to find anyone willing to take on what they obviously classified as a small job. Many folks that we called wanted a lot of money for the job, or just ghosted us after coming out to see what was needed, not even bothering with an estimate. Mr. Perez was willing to do the job and set a very fair price. He listened to what we wanted and then found a way to achieve it. Everything was written down in a contract, but when we came up with changes, adding and subtracting, he rolled with the changes easily. Although we did not specify brand names in the contract, he bought only the best. The only small negative I can come up with is that it took awhile to finish the job. Perhaps he had family or other obligations, but he did not say. It did not matter since it was outside and did not impact us at all, and perhaps he knew that.Read More

Christian Perez, the owner of Quality Construction and Creations, did an excellent job in totally remodeling one of the original bathrooms in our house where we have lived for 40+ years. The remodeling project included installation of a new pocket door which provides more room in what is a rather small bathroom. The tile work was very well done. Christian is an excellent craftsman who takes pride in his work and pays careful attention to details. He also willingly listened to ideas for completing the remodeling project and incorporated those ideas wherever appropriate. He also installed some crown molding in our bedroom and did an excellent job. There are some complicated angles in the room and he handled them perfectly. If we have another remodeling project , we will not hesitate to call on Christian for his consideration.Read More
